Booking information
The website form sends an enquiry for TNJ to review. It does not hold a room, confirm a price or take a payment. TNJ will discuss availability, rates, deposits, changes and cancellations before you decide to book. For a booking made through Booking, Agoda or another service, check the conditions in that service’s confirmation or contact TNJ. Once TNJ has confirmed the room, held it until the payment deadline and provided specific terms, you can pay a deposit or the full amount using a private link. International cards and QR are processed on VNPAY when the service is activated. A successful payment is shown only after the server verifies the result; submitting the enquiry does not create a payment. For a confirmed stay, use the MB Bank QR on the payment page: account 555526285555, Nguyen Thi Thanh Tam. Confirm the amount with TNJ and send your receipt after transferring; the hotel checks its bank account directly. Card payment is awaiting activation.
Privacy information
Booking enquiries send your name, phone, email, stay dates, guest count, room type, arrival time and message through Netlify Forms so TNJ can reply. Offer subscriptions send your email to TNJ. This website does not request card numbers, CVV or banking passwords. Your language preference is stored in your browser; this website does not store guest details in browser storage.
The embedded map uses Google Maps. Opening Zalo, Hotels.com or source links takes you to those third-party services. Contact TNJ by phone or Zalo below to request correction or deletion of submitted details, or to stop receiving emails. For payments, TNJ stores the booking reference, room, dates, guest count, amount, terms and transaction result on its Netlify service for tracking and reconciliation. VNPAY handles card details; the TNJ website does not receive card numbers or CVV. Your preferred payment method is sent with your booking enquiry. Keep your payment link private.
